Featured Artist - The Strips

Starting in 2013 and performing in basements, Minneapolis rock band The Strips released their aptly-named Welcome To Our Basement where their sound was first heard outside of these shows. They have definitely been on the rise over the last 3 or so years - and for good reason, you'll have to take a listen to see what I'm talking about.

Three years later and they've got a new EP, Kings, Queens and Cruisers which shows a more improved, refreshed and confident side to their music with punching rhythms and aggressive guitars, which shows why they are branching out to other cities on tour from earlier on this year. They deserve every success in the world, with their debut album to be released soon.
